Choir Practise

Over the years, I’ve had various concepts for the type of show I could potentially do.
What many people won’t know is that I was supposed to be broadcasting on iLive ten years ago!
I just didn’t have the confidence that Jason at first, then Jairzinho had in me and life kept interrupting, so that drastically delayed the process. Once iLive UK developed and grew, I knew the clock was ticking but what to do? I realised I had to focus on one thing and work with that as other things could be worked on later.
The name Choir Practice popped into my head as I am a veteran of many choir and group practises!! Common feature, usually on a week day, in the evening at an odd time because it’s trying to fit in between the various members committments!
So who am I to buck the trend? I’ve sung with a few groups and choirs over the years. Currently I’m a member of Liberty Gospel Ensemble. I’m no gospel mastermind but I know what I like and I’d like to share it with the listeners and hope that they will enjoy it also as well as encouraging them to enjoy the joy of singing for themselves.
There are so many community choirs out there looking for new members. You don’t need to be able to read music and for many there are no auditions. All you need is enthusiasm and commitment.
